Caseville is a little city in Michigan’s Thumb that calls it itself the “perch capital of the world”. Located at the mouth of the Pigeon River that help make this area a boating destination. Well known for its large sandy beach, abundant fishing and its unique shops and festivities.
The area is known for its abundance of vacation homes and cottages. Blessed with sugar sand along the beach, it’s been drawing families to spend the summers here for over two generations.

Caseville 5K – Run Around in the Upper Thumb

Caseville Shanty 2019 is the 27th edition of this Winter Festival. This offers mid-winter fun on the ice. It’s the largest winter carnival in the Upper Thumb.

The Helping Hands is a Caseville Thrift Store that sells everything from clothing, toys, tools, household items, and decorations. A special area of vintage merchandise is located at the front of the store.

Kilmanagh General Store – Saving A Great Thumb Icon
The Thumb’s own Kilmanagh General Store is iconic. However time has taken its toll on the 1870 structure that sports one of the last 1800’s storefront facades. The Building and Zoning Department has deemed the porch unsafe and ordered it repaired or removed. You can help save it. Find out how.
