by Port Hope is hosting its 35th annual 4th of July Festival the weekend of July 2-4th. With a flea market, games fireworks and parade.
It’s a great tradition and another sign of returning to normal for the summer of 2021.
by Steven W. Donahue was born and grew up on his family farm near Port Hope. He moved away and started studying the arts, including photography becoming an accomplished artist and photographer with over 50 years of work.
by Today the Port Hope Depot has been exquisitely restored. You can see exhibits in the passenger waiting room, the station masters office, luggage and freight room. Each room has been painted to match the original color.
