Caseville Shanty Days Postponed

Extreme cold has forced the postponement of Caseville’s 2015 Shanty Days winter festival. The events was rescheduled to February 20, 21, 22 2015. This marks the first time the iconic event in the upper thumb has been impacted by sub-zero temps and negative wind chills.

Some Shanty Days die yards were seen at the broomball rink but all other outdoor events will take place next weekend.  High winds and blowing snow off of Saginaw Bay have made driving difficult and whiteout conditions have been taking place along areas of M-25.

Low Temps will Chill out the Event
