Who know drinking coffee could be so much fun. Found this video stacked up in our YouTube account collecting time alone and no hits. I thought it worthy of a dust-off. This is one college student’s method of making a Michigan coffee. It combines some witty commercial outtakes. Smile!

It could help you lose weight. Caffeine is found in almost every over the counter fat-burning supplements. It’s one of the few natural substances shown to aid in burning fat.

May lower risk of Type 2 diabetes. Studies reported that those who drink the most coffee have a 23–50% lower risk of getting this disease.

Coffee may reduce risk of colorectal cancer. Moderate consumption of coffee may reduce the odds of developing colorectal cancer by 26%.

Drinking coffee may lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease. The European Journal of Neurology posted a study noting that they isolated the compounds in roasted coffee that may be responsible for preventing the build-up of the brain plaque believed to cause the disease.

May prevent cirrhosis of the liver. A study conducted in November 2015 study in Circulation found that drinking coffee with an 8% to 15% reduction in the risk of death. The more coffee you drank the larger the reduction.
