Let’s rendezvous on Sunday, May 28, for a day packed with music, food, arts, and crafts from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Visitor’s Center, located at 3336 Loosemore Road, east of Oak Beach Road, in the tip of Michigan’s Thumb. Our amphitheater will resound with live music, while the “Holy Guacamole” food truck will serve a smorgasbord of mouth-watering Mexican cuisine. Don’t miss the chance to browse through the exquisite items showcased by our local artists and craftspeople.

Not Just for the Grown-ups: Fun-filled Activities for Kids

We believe in fun for all ages! Our ever-popular tree-cookie necklace-making station will keep the young ones entertained. The Visitor’s Center, open on the festival day, promises to be an educational adventure with interactive displays about native birds, migratory tadpoles, and a vibrant wildlife area complete with bird feeders and a captivating new waterfall feature.

This precious land, a rare forested dune and wet swale complex is home to vibrant vernal pools, migratory birds, and an impressive range of wildlife and plants. Our two trail systems, spanning nearly six miles, allow visitors to lose themselves in the wilderness, regardless of the season.
