Michigan’s minimum wage will increase in 2025 due to a Supreme Court ruling reinstating voter-initiated laws. Starting January 1, the standard minimum wage will rise from $10.33 to $10.56, with further increases to $12.48 on February 21. Additional wage adjustments will occur annually from 2026 through 2028, affecting all employee categories.
