The Cheeseburger in Caseville festival lasts 10 days in mid-August of each year. The highlight of the festival is the Parade of Tropical Fools which occurs on Wednesday evening.
One of thue better bar burgers can be found in Elkton Michigan in the Upper Thumb.
The bar resides in an historic 1800s building that once was a church then a hotel. The stained glass is still intact.

Highlight for the 21st annual 2019 Caseville Cheeseburger Parade of Tropical Fools starts Wednesday, August 14th at 5:30 pm along Main Street. The parade route starts near Huron Street and ends at the Caseville County Park. No word yet on who will show up but there always seems to be rumors hinted of a possible showing by an entertainer who fostered the festival’s namesake.
