Low Water on Lake Huron Reveals Shipwreck


In 2012 the the historic low water levels on the Great Lakes have opened up sights that have not been seen in over 50 years. A Civil War Era wreck near Oak Point in Michigan‘s Huron County is one such sight.

  1. Check out Google map west of Gagetown road a third of the way to Oak point on the lake shore, zoom in and you will see a difinate outline of the ship mentioned.
